▶ VR4REACT aims to

Promote the psychological, social, and emotional well-being of inmates through interventions enhanced by virtual reality technology

​Minimise the risk of reactive aggression incidents between prison staff and people in detention, promoting a safer and more harmonious environment

Provide comprehensive training to prison officers, equipping them with effective strategies to handle and manage reactive aggression situations

[04]
​Cultivate adaptive and pro-social behaviours among inmates, enabling them to respond to perceived threats, dangers, provocations, or frustrations in a constructive manner, rather than resorting to aggression, anger, hostility, or impulsivity

[05]
​Facilitate the reintegration and successful social reintegration of individuals serving a sentence in prison who have shown tendencies towards reactive aggressive behaviours
